About Flexii

Flexii is a startup based in Singapore that provides an app based platform to job match gig workers and business owners. As the first in-house designer of Flexii, I was tasked with the redesign of the existing user interface of the launched product, including both the B2B (not shown) and B2C interfaces.

The existing platform and information architecture makes the redesign process highly constrained. Close coordination with developers is highly necessary during the UI revamp processes to cover all pages of apps or redesign due to technical difficulties.

Along the way, I have also expanded the brand guide beyond the existing 2 pages to include secondary colors, typography used as well as logo guidelines, art direction and illustration guidelines.

In October 2024, a more detailed version of the brand guide in bilingual copy is created to be distributed to the marketing team for the upcoming brand expansion to Taiwan and Hong Kong. This brand guide is more comprehensive and includes the Mission, Vision & Value, tone of voice, design guidelines, photography guidelines as well as numerous application that stretches from UI to promotional contents.

I am also responsible for producing contents and managing social media (including Meta Ads). Other miscellaneous task also includes producing pull-up banners for exhibition and events and app store preview images. Illustrations were also created and designed to complement the app pages and increase visual appeal.
